Named after our mum , Mignonne "Wiggy" Willson. This sparkling has been made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay using the traditional bottle fermentation method.

In an interesting twist the juice to make our Mistelle is from the same batch of Chardonnay that was used to make our inaugural "Wiggy" sparkling Chardonnay. The result is a complex and developed, luscious dessert style wine.
